Returns and Refunds Policy
What to know before requesting a return on KoolAir products.
General Return Policy
Like-new, non-defective, undamaged KoolAir products purchased from this website may be returned for a partial refund of the purchase price. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
All returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%, depending on the product and its condition. The original shipping charge and any return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
Return Conditions
The following conditions apply to all returns:
- Products must be in like-new, undamaged condition and in their original packaging.
- Returns must be authorized before shipping anything back. Do not send items without prior approval.
- The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges and any return shipping costs incurred by KoolAir Pump will be deducted from the refund.
- No returns on parts, seals, or O-rings.
- No returns accepted on items that have been unused and unopened for more than 30 days after receipt.
- Specialty pumps, custom builds, and non-standard products are not returnable.
- Refusal of a shipment without prior authorization does not qualify for a refund.
Restocking Fees
KoolAir products accepted for return are subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price. The exact fee depends on the product type and condition and will be confirmed at the time the return is authorized.
Returns that are not in original packaging, show signs of use, or are missing components may be subject to a higher fee or may not be accepted.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they ship. Once an item has shipped, it is considered a return from that point forward and is subject to the return conditions above.
Credit card cancellations are subject to a standard 3% processing fee applied to the total amount charged. Refunds for canceled orders are processed within 3 business days, less the processing fee. If your order has already shipped, additional fees may apply.
Cancellations must be called in to (800) 810-1053. Email cancellation requests are not accepted. You will receive a cancellation confirmation number and email once approved.
How to Request a Return

Get Authorization
We will review your request and provide a return authorization number along with shipping instructions.
Ship the Item
Pack the product in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. Your refund will be processed once we receive and inspect the item.
