Shipping Policy
How we get KoolAir pumps and parts to your door.
United States Only
We ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not available at this time.
Same-Day Shipping
Orders received by 2:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, ship the same business day (subject to stock availability).
Multiple Carriers
We work with UPS, FedEx, and national freight carriers to deliver your order safely and on time.
How Shipping is Calculated
Shipping rates are calculated based on package weight and your destination zip code. The total shipping cost is displayed at checkout before you complete your order. Your order may ship from multiple warehouse locations and may arrive in separate shipments.
Order Processing
Orders placed by 2:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, ship the same business day when items are in stock. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends and holidays ship the next business day.
Tracking information is sent to your email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, you will receive a tracking number for each shipment.

- Pitt Ohio
- A. Duie Pyle
- Additional regional and national freight carriers as needed
Priority and Expedited Shipping
Priority and expedited shipping options are available on most orders. If you need your order by a specific date, contact us at (800) 810-1053 or [email protected] before placing your order so we can confirm availability and transit times.
Freight and Large Shipments
Orders that are too large or heavy for standard parcel carriers ship via freight. Freight shipments are delivered to a dock or loading area during normal business hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM). Someone must be available to receive freight deliveries.
If your delivery location requires a liftgate, inside delivery, residential delivery, or appointment scheduling, additional charges may apply. Please note these requirements when placing your order or contact us in advance.
